Paddy Pallin is proud to stand behind the products we sell. Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

- I was wondering if this bag is capable of carrying a Macbook laptop?

  No, I wouldn't recommend it. At 12ltrs it would barely fit a netbook at best and it wouldn't have adequate padding for transporting.
  
  I would better suggest the Flap Jack Jill Pack by Osprey (http://www.paddypallin.com.au/equipment/packs/daypacks/osprey-flap-jill-pack-womens.html) The pack can comfortably hold a macbook and other gear without being too excessively bulky and the wide mouth of the bag makes for easy access.
