The annual 6 hour ACTRA Paddy Pallin event will be held at Orroral Valley, about an hour south of central Tharwa.
The Paddy Pallin event is an opportunity for those new to rogaining to give it a go, while providing a challenge for those wanting to push their limits! With Paddy Pallin’s generous support, there will be a range of lucky draw prizes at the end.

Rogaining is the sport of long distance cross country navigation. Rogaines are generally day and night events in which teams of two to five members travel entirely on foot, navigating by map and compass. Teams select their own order of visiting checkpoints. Events range in time from 3 to 24 hours. Teamwork, endurance, competition, and an appreciation of the natural environment are features of the sport.
