Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

I used this jacket for 3 years of travelling from -20 to more sedate temperatures. The jacket got absolutely hammered on travel between wearing, using as a pillow or blanket and it held up wonderfully. After 3 years it is still wearable, but the material is slightly thinning on the edges. I would recommend this jacket to anyone and everyone, it never let me down! (Posted on 9/04/13)

I am only buying a new jacket now, after 5 years with the Pallin storm jacket. this jacket has keep me worm at -10, snow, rain, wind and yet been conformable enough to where every day. with this jacket I have been to New Zealand, Europe, Canada and great Australia. I have hiked hundreds, possibly thousands of kilometers with it and camped in all manner of beautiful locations. After 5 years I have rubbed it thin on the edges and the zip is worn but it still works well. Now I am getting it a brother so I can were it out slowly hiking around the world as well.
