Paddy Pallin stands by all the product we sell. Should any item have a defect in materials or workmanship, even after extended use, we will repair, replace or exchange it at our discretion. That’s a rock solid guarantee.
Paddy Pallin will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical product sold by us subject to the following conditions:
- * Product must be identical, including brand, model, colour, size and season
- * Competitor must have it in stock and available for immediate purchase
- * Competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and bonus offers
- * Competitors offer must be verifiable by Paddy Pallin
- * Competitor must be a registered Australia Business with an Australian Business Number and be registered by GST
- * Competitor must have a physical retail store located in Australia
How it works:
- * In Store: Bring proof of competitor’s price (eg. advertisement) for Paddy Pallin to verify
- * Online: Place your order now, www.paddypallin.com.au, and email, email@example.com, or call us, 1300 654 259, within 24 hours that you are requesting a price match. Tell us where you saw the lower price, including a link to the website. We will adjust your order to reflect the new lower price if verified successfully. If not you are entitled to a full refund.
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
