PRICE MATCH POLICY

Paddy Pallin will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical product sold by us subject to the following conditions:

  • * Product must be identical, including brand, model, colour, size and season
  • * Competitor must have it in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • * Competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and bonus offers
  • * Competitors offer must be verifiable by Paddy Pallin
  • * Competitor must be a registered Australia Business with an Australian Business Number and be registered by GST
  • * Competitor must have a physical retail store located in Australia

Re: ACCC Warranties Against Defect

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
