Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. - is this head light weather proof, rain proof or water proof ?

  As can be seen on LED Lenser's website http://www.zweibrueder.com/ENG/startseite_1024.php?id=start under the header Technology and Design. It does state they do a Waterproof IP spray test on their units but no specific test on the H7 Headtorch. From the information available to us and examination of the the packaging, The H7 unit will be weatherproof not waterproof.
