- How much can these liners drop the warmth of a sleeping bag to? I have a Sea to Summit Premium Silk 100% Travel Liner (traveller).
- It is said that a silk sleeping bag liner can increase the warmth of a sleeping bag by around 3 degrees. Some manufacturers might give a higher rating than this. It is most important to ensure you have insulation under you if you are camping. Thank you.
