Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days, usually faster, unless otherwise advised. Should you require faster turn-round of an order please contact us. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel service. Express shipping does not express dispatch turnaround, only transit times. Should you require a faster turnaround of your order or must have the ‘Track n’ Trace’ service please contact us by email or phone.

Free Australia wide standard shipping for orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9. Australia Post services are used for all domestic deliveries. Most orders are sent by eParcel and this allows you to ‘Track n’ Trace’ your delivery.

Paddy Pallin is proud to stand behind the products we sell. Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

  I've had the thermarest (actually we own 3 of them) for several years and it has never let us down until I loaned it to my youngest daughter recently to take on a camp party.
  
  The trouble is I'm not sure whether the skin is punctured or the valve has been damaged. Again, do you know where I can have it repaired?

  It is possible for you to bring the thermarest into your nearest shop that sells thermarest and they can send the mattress off to the supplier to get it assessed for reapir.
  
  But before you do that i would suggest you try and find exactly where the leak is coming from. Best was to do this is to blow up the mattress and place it in the bath tub full of water and see there the bubble are coming out from and then you'll have your exact spot of the leak.
  
  If it is the skin that is punctured you can simple buy the repair kit and if it is the valve there is also a valve replacement/repair kit you can buy.
  
  That way you you could avoid sending it back to the suppliers and it would be more cost affective for you.
