Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

- I have one of these that is missing the clip on cup/spreader at the bottom. Can you supply replacments for these? Plesae advise how much, leadtime, etc.

  if you are refering to what they call the Basket (helps prevent the poles from going to deep into the ground/snow etc) then yes we can get you replacement pair.
  
  They cost $6.95 per pair plus $4.00 postage. We would hav eto order them from our suppliers so it would take 1-3 working days for them to arrive to me and which point we would pos them out to you.
