All orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel service. Express shipping does not express dispatch turnaround, only transit times. Free Australia wide standard shipping for orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9. Australia Post services are used for all domestic deliveries. Most orders are sent by eParcel and this allows you to ‘Track n’ Trace’ your delivery.

Paddy Pallin is proud to stand behind the products we sell. Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

Liberation! That is how I can best describe my feelings about the Osprey Poco Plus baby carrier. After using a number of front carrying packs and trying out other backpack carriers, the Poco Plus feels totally different and has allowed us to really get moving (again). It has more pockets to stuff things in and more gizmos to clip things too than you can shake a nappy at. I love the ease of adjustment for parent and bub comfort as well as the funky pull-up sun/wind shade and hid-away stir-ups for bub’s feet. We will get years of use from it and much enjoyment from sharing the bush with our little one. So far we have used it for 1-2 hour hikes in nature reserves, on doggy walks and at market, but it is defiantly built to enable longer day treks. Our bub rides in serious style and clearly enjoys it – just look at that smile! All our mates admire the Poco, especially those that can remember the bad old days of canvas metal frames! Only thing I wish it had was an easy to access pocket for the mobile phone (tragic I know). Highly recommended.
