All orders are processed between 9.00 a.m. and 5 p.m. (AEST), Monday to Friday except NSW public holidays. Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days, usually faster, unless otherwise advised. Should you require faster turn-round of an order please contact us. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel service. Express shipping does not express dispatch turnaround, only transit times. Should you require a faster turnaround of your order or must have the ‘Track n’ Trace’ service please contact us by email or phone.

Free Australia wide standard shipping for orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9. International orders can only be placed by contacting Customer Service by email or phone. Australia Post services are used for all deliveries. Most orders are sent by eParcel and this allows you to ‘Track n’ Trace’ your delivery.

Returns

Paddy Pallin is proud to stand behind the products we sell. Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include packaging. No "change of mind" returns on safety & climbing gear, underwear and clearance items. Clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different sizes if available.

I bought these boots for work as I work as a Ranger/guide on a sandy island. I remember trying on a lot of boots, and these were the first ones that felt comfy. In fact, they felt wonderful from the start. They perform fairly well on hard surfaces, and due to the flex in the sole are excellent for walking on soft, sandy or undulating ground. In periods of heavy rainfall I have not once had wet feet whilst wearing these boots. I love my Scarpa's. (Posted on 8/09/11)

Straight from the box to a 7 hour hike through water, mud, sand and heavy brush. They felt light on feet and had no rubbing or blisters etc. Moulded to shape of foot wonderfully. No wet feet while walking through mud and water. Have had trouble finding a boot that didn't rub at top laces but after 7 hours no rubbing whatsoever. It took 3 weeks of trying on boots before I tried these. Pity I didn't try them a the first store. (Posted on 25/08/11)

- Do you have any information about caring for this boot?
- The Scarpa Terra is made from full grain leather and has a Gore-tex waterproof lining. The Gore-tex lining is breathable and needs the leather to breath to minimise the collection of perspiration within the boot. Therefore the best treatments for the Terra are the Revivex Leather Water Repellent Spray or Revivex Leather Water Repellent Gel. Both are suitable for leather footwear with waterproof breathable linings.
  
  Care always begins with cleaning. TO CLEAN:
  1) Wet leather and apply a small amount of cleaner to footwear, e.g. Revivex Boot Cleaner
  2) Scrub surface with a soft brush or sponge to remove dirt and stains.
  3) Rinse until water runs clear.
  
  Allow the boot to dry in a well ventilated and dry position. Do not position the boot in direct hot sun light or close to a heat source.
  
  Adding protection to the leather to prolong its life, give water and stain resistance and keep it looking good:
  1. Clean
  2. You can, but this is not necessary, apply boot polish suitable for Gore-tex
  3. Apply either of the treatments mentioned, Revivex Leather Water Repellent Spray or Revivex Leather Water Repellent Gel
  4. After any known wear of the leather, e.g. cleaned using soft brush or walked off track (scrub-bashed), it is best to re-apply treatment
  5. If storing boots for a long time it's best to clean and apply treatment before.
  
  I'm confident you'll enjoy the Scarpa Terra for many years to come!
