PADDY PALLIN CLUB PRO MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

The exclusive Paddy Pallin Club Pro Membership or Pro Membership for short is available to eligible outdoor and adventure travel professionals and industry associates. The aim is to build relationships with each other and promote our stocked brands and products. We welcome your feedback at any stage of your experience with us and the product we stock. With the large number of outdoor retail companies out there, we thank you for choosing Paddy Pallin as your gear provider. Please note that this discount pricing comes with the following responsibilities.

Product purchased must be for personal use only and not be extended to family, friends, your significant other or the business. With that said, we appreciate what you do to promote our products and business and ask that you refer friends, clients, and other interested people to one of our stores or website. Be discreet and respectful with your Pro Membership privileges. Do not mention this discounted pricing to friends or clients.

Membership is valid for a maximum of 12 months or until completion of your current employment. Before completion of the 12 months or your employment with the employer who supported your application, whatever comes first, please lodge a new application with us. We will act with haste to get your account active again. We’re as keen as you!

Do not try to purchase your gear at Pro Membership prices where the discount is greater than 20% within our stores as we can only process the greater discounts through our website www.paddypallin.com.au or Mail Order Customer Service team. No on-selling of goods. We know you wouldn’t but it has to be said!

Abuse or violation of these guidelines will result in immediate loss of privileges.

ORDERING POLICIES

No change of mind refunds. Please check sizing carefully. You may utilize our website, stores or call our knowledgeable customer service staff that will be able to answer any questions you have about our products.

No backorders. Please know that your order is important to us and we will do our best to ship your order in full as soon as possible. However, we do not offer backorders on Pro Membership purchases. If an item you want is not available, you are welcome to re-order at a later date.

Maximum annual purchases $3,000. When you need to purchase more contact us for a solution.

We encourage a tax deductible $2.00 environmental donation per purchase to thePaddy Pallin Foundation with the savings you’ve made. To make a donation go to www.paddypallinfoundation.org.au. Your willing donation will go toward the current "Don't Bag the Environment Project", unless you request otherwise. Currently (Sept’12 – Sept’13) we’re helping the Tarkine National Coalition to help protect the Tarkine Wilderness in Tasmania.

All orders must be paid in full. Use the payment methods available on our website or over the phone using credit card.

You will be sent a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Paddy Pallin reserves the right to alter eligibility and pricing.

SHIPPING

We only ship Pro Member orders within Australia.

We ship all orders via standard ground shipping unless you request an Express service.

Processing time might be 2-3 days longer than our normal online processing so we can ensure you receive your special prices.

We do not allow personal or company courier/freight account numbers to be used to cover freight costs.

Please remember that our Pro Membership is a privilege we extend to you as a professional and we expect your professionalism as an ambassador of Paddy Pallin and the brands we carry. We welcome your feedback on the gear you’ve acquired. Any abuse of this program or lack of professionalism will result in immediate loss of this benefit.

Outdoor Educators / Instructors

Individual Pro Membership accounts are available to full-time outdoor educators / Instructors.

Climbing / Mountain Guides

Individual Pro Membership accounts are available to full-time guides.

Outdoor Program Teachers

Individual Pro Membership accounts are available to full-time teachers managing the schools or tertiary centres Outdoor Program.

Adventure / Active Travel Guides

Individual Pro Membership accounts are available to full-time guides.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE?

At this time we do not grant the following categories approval to our Pro Membership:

  • Casual  and volunteer outdoor staff
  • Group accounts — only individual / personal accounts
  • Retail employees

IT'S TIME TO APPLY!

By applying for a Paddy Pallin Club Pro Membership, and if your application is successful, you are accepting all the terms and conditions of the membership. You will also be receiving Paddy Pallin enewsletters (sent every 7 - 14 days) and seasonal catalogues.

Once we receive your Pro Membership application, use the link below, your online and in store accounts will be approved and set up within 4 business days, assuming your application meets the eligibility requirements.
