With a padded and contoured back panel, a wider hip belt for improved comfort, a top grab handle, and a more technical style for a streamlined fit, Kapai takes the hip pack to new heights of functionality. Kapai also includes thoughtful internal features like secure zip pockets and a padded sleeve for sunglass and phone protection to keep your hands free while travelling and adventuring. Like Cotopaxi's original Bataan hip pack, Kapai’s one-of-a-kind colourways are created from 100% remnant fabric.

    I am wondering if this bag has any water resistance or repellent abilities, i.e. has it been treated for this? or could it be? Am looking for a waist bag for the Camino Frances walk

    Hi John, Not really, the fabric will have a little water resistance but there is no repellency treatment on it.
