Developed to meet the needs of alpine climbing, technical mountaineering and remote alpine camps, the Helios is engineered for high-altitude environments where warmth, protection and mobility are critical. 900+ loft RDS white goose down in a box-walled construction forms the thermal foundation, utilising the PFAS-free Hydronaute XT Mont’s most breathable and weather-resistant shell fabric. The interior features a recycled nylon ripstop lining treated with XReflex™ radiant barrier technology, which reflects body heat to improve thermal retention. The 4-piece helmet-compatible hood has been shaped through extensive prototyping to maintain vision and mobility while wearing a helmet, even in exposed conditions. The Helios keeps you warm through bitter wind chills, is tough enough for belays on wind-blasted ridgelines and refined for summit pushes high on technical terrain. It is the most advanced technical insulated jacket Mont has ever created.
