Eligibility: 

The Paddy Pallin Pro Club membership is available to outdoor and adventure professionals that work a minimum of 35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months per year; these roles include, but are not limited to:

Outdoor Educators/ Instructors:

Pro Club Membership accounts are available to full-time Outdoor Educators and Instructors.

Climbing/ Mountain Guides:

Pro Club Membership accounts are available to full-time guides.

Outdoor Program Teachers:

Pro Club Membership accounts are available to full-time teachers managing the schools or tertiary centres Outdoor Program.

Adventure/ Active Travel Guides:

Pro Club Membership accounts are available to full-time guides.

Scout Leaders: 

Pro Club Memberships are available to appointed Scout Guide and Instructors with SIS qualifications who volunteer a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Who is not eligible?

• Casual Outdoor Staff
• Retail employees
• Group/ Corporate accounts

Paddy Pallin Pro Club Membership Terms:

• The Paddy Pallin Pro Club Membership is for your personal use only; your benefits are not to be extended to family, friends or colleagues. Please contact paddyinfo@paddypallin.com.au for any enquiries.
• The Pro Club Membership is valid online at www.paddypallin.com.au and in selected stores; the following stores are excluded from this membership: Katoomba and Launceston.
• Paddy Pallin does not promote or display the Pro Club discounts; if successful, your membership will give you automatic access to your exclusive pricing- please ensure you are discreet with this discount.
• The Pro Club Membership has no joining fees. It gives you access to benefits until 30th June each year or until your employment contract expires, whichever occurs first.
• Paddy Pallin does not back order or special order products under the Pro Club Membership discounts.
• Paddy Pallin Pro Club Membership offers a maximum annual purchase of $3000 at your discounted price.
• In return for this membership, Paddy Pallin asks you to provide any feedback, suggestions and gear reviews to: paddyinfo@paddypallin.com.au. This information will be used for Marketing and Purchasing purposes.
• All orders must be paid in full.
• Paddy Pallin reserves the right to alter eligibility and pricing.

Shipping:

Paddy Pallin Pro Club orders are shipped in Australia only.

All orders are shipped via standard freight; please contact Customer Service at: 1300 654 259 to organise alternative arrangements.

The order processing time may take up to 3-4 business days to ensure your pricing is accurate.

We do not allow personal or company freight and courier account numbers to be used to cover freight costs.

Application:

By applying for a Paddy Pallin Pro Club membership, and if your application is successful, you are accepting all of the terms and conditions of this membership.

Your application may take up to 10 business days to process; you will receive an email with the outcome of your application and directions to complete your membership, if successful.
