What discount do I receive for my order?
Our corporate, government and group sales channel is intended to accommodate your large volume orders by offering discounts off the retail price of the order. We offer discounts generally starting at 20% off, however greater discounts exist and are dependent on the size of your order. Contact us today to learn more about pricing.
What product is available?
Our product selection includes everyday gear suitable for students, travellers and business people. We also carry equipment for specific outdoor activities such as climbing and hiking, and technical equipment designed for the military and other government services. A majority of products available at the Paddy Pallin website and store may be eligible for Corporate, Government and Group Sales discounts. We also have the ability to gain access to items and equipment that Paddy Pallin does not hold in the store or on our website. Receiving a price quote?
We can provide customers with a written quote, valid for 30 days, for orders placed through Corporate, Government and Group Sales. Quotes provide a detailed cost estimate that includes any applicable discounts, freight and service charges (such as a dangerous goods fees). Please call or email for more information.
How much is the freight?
While we do not have a physical warehouse we are able to get stock delivered to you quickly and efficiently. This is quite often direct from the suppliers to speed up the process. Depending on the size of the order freight may be waved.
How can I pay for orders?
Purchases can be made with Credit Cards (note that Amex has a 2% surcharge) or direct deposit. A 30 Day credit is available to qualified accounts download form here. Please call or email for more information.
Do you provide samples?
We may provide samples upon request. Sample items require payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in advance, which will be fully be refunded upon return. Samples must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.
