How do I contact the Paddy Pallin Pro Membership staff?

How long will it take before my application is approved?
Once we have received your Pro membership application, your account will be approved within 2 business days, assuming your application meets the eligibility requirements. You will receive an email notifying you of approval.
Should we require additional information before approving your account, you will likewise be contacted within 2 business days.
What if I do not fit the eligibility description?
If you believe you qualify for a Pro Membership, but do not see your profession listed under our Eligibility categories, please select the profession closest to what you do and fill out the remainder of the application. Provide us with as much information as possible regarding what you do for a living. You will also need to send in supporting documentation relevant to the work you do in the outdoor and travel industry.

Can I apply for a program if I work internationally?
Only Australian residents qualify for the Paddy Pallin Club Pro Membership. We do not ship internationally.
How do I know when to reapply?
All Pro Membership accounts expire at the end of the 12 months from approved application or when your employment finishes with the employer who supported your application. When your account is about to expire you will be notified. You will have the option to reapply follow the directions provided in the notification.
