Change of Mind Refund And Exchange Policy
Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund or exchange within 90 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, be in original purchase condition and include the packaging and tags. We are not able to accept returns on underpants, safety & climbing gear, and gift cards.
Online Order Returns - Post
To return items that were purchased online please complete our Online Returns Form below (if you are logged in to your account, it will redirect you to the “My Orders” page, please select 'View Order" for the order you would like to make a return from and click “Return” in the top left corner and follow the prompts). Once the form has been submitted, our Customer Service Team will review your return request and if approved, provide you with information on returning your item. They will be in touch via the email you include in the returns form.
Please note, for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the postage cost of the return.
Online Order Returns - In Store
If you would like to return your item in store, you may go in store and take your receipt with you. Paddy Pallin is proud to stand behind the products we sell.
Should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a repair, replacement, exchange or refund on the faulty product where:
- the product has either faulty workmanship or materials
- the product is, or becomes, faulty through no fault of yours
- the product has defects that were not obvious or not brought to your attention
- the product is not fit for the stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
- the product does not match the description or sample
For warranties, goods must be returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase, and exhibit a problem that has not been caused by you.
