Designed for long hikes with a heavier backpack, the men's Scarpa Mescalito Trek Planet GORE-TEX Hiking Boots combine the best technologies and sustainable materials with comfort, support and stability. This shoe is the new green benchmark in trekking world thanks to the innovative Perspair® fabric which is high performance, lightweight and breathable. This fabric is made from a single-piece upper with recycled yarns and combines functionally different zones with the new GORE-TEX® Flux 3L membrane, which contains 98% recycled fabrics, and a Vibram® Ecostep Evo compound sole, with up to 30% recycled rubber.

    What sort of warranty is there on these boots

    Hi Anne, Scarpa boots have a 2 year warranty.

    I have wide feet. Are there different widths available. I think width D or wider would be good.

    Hi Richard, Scarpa are generally more on the narrow side, they occasionally have a wide version however I do not think they are as wide as a D. We do not have a lot of wide options in stock at the moment unfortunately. I would suggest looking at the Merrel Moab wides or Altra.
