If it’s warmth you’re after, close all the zips, pull the cord locks tight to drag everything in, and relax in luxurious comfort. The generous allocation of high quality 750+ Loft down ensures great insulation, while the oversized draft tubes prevents your body heat escaping. The panelled footbox and 3-dimensional hood make sure you’re not compressing the down when you’re trying to stay warm.

I’m 185cm…. I never understand how definitive the height. Limit is. Can I squeeze into a regular? The long just seems it will be too long. I have a long currently and they always hit the end of my 1p tent

While you may be able to fit in the bag, what you will find is that your head will be jammed into the top of the hood and your feet will be pressing into the bottom of the bag. Being a down bag, the down needs space to loft enabling it to give you the warmth. If it is compressed it greatly limits the downs effectiveness.
