Designed primarily for comfort, the Silk Blend Liner adds warmth to your sleeping bag via the 72% Thermolite® Pro yarns with infra red technology, Thermolite® EcoMade fibres and 28% silk. The combination creates a soft, luxurious sleep environment. Two versions are available. The Rectangular with Pillow Sleeve has Comfort Stretch Panels along the seams to boost sleeping comfort. The Mummy version has practical shoulder openings which aid with temperature regulation.

I’m 178cm tall and want a liner for my 205cm long mummy sleeping bag. Would I be better off with the mummy or compact mummy size liner?

Hi,
The compact mummy size will fit your body. The liner is offering a barrier between you and the sleeping bag. It does not have to fill the length of the sleeping bag.
The larger bag would give you more room at the feet if you did not want to feel constricted.
