Jack | Customer Success Manager

Jack was born and raised in England where he learned all about camping stuck under thick canvas in suburban woodlands living in fear of the constant threat of a summer/spring/winter/autumn downpour. When he moved to Australia he worked as an Outdoor Instructor where he spent most of his twenties taking groups on expeditions across the Great Australian Bush which included (but not limited to) caving, bush walking, climbing, canoeing and rafting.  After getting a “real job” he had enough money to go travelling into Nepal, cycling across Europe, even exploring England. Then when he had children, he wanted to share his love for the outdoors, with his greatest experience being a canyoning trip with them. Now Jack sees that his expertise is in gearing up for family adventures, working with schools and parents in preparing for camp and helping new starters make good decisions about spending wisely.

Tayla | Online Customer Service Assistant

Since starting at Paddy Pallin 4 years ago, Tayla has built on her passion for all things rock climbing, hiking, and generally being outdoors. From hiking the Solitary Islands Coastal Walk in NSW, to leading her first outdoor climb, to learning about the impacts of brumbies in the Snowy Mountains - Tayla has gained a wealth of experience in her adventures. In her spare time, you will find Tayla at her local bouldering gym or crag making friends with everyone she can find and showing them her “indestructible” Arc’teryx Oriel Leggings. As a member of the Paddy Pallin Online customer service team, Tayla can help you get ready for any adventure.

Anna | Gear Consultant 

If spring/summer adventure sports are your thing, have a chat with Anna. Whether it’s canyoning or rock climbing in the Blue Mountains, hiking through Kosciuszko National Park or scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, Anna has gained plenty of experience keeping things cool, calm and comfortable while out in the elements. As a part-time Ecologist, Anna understands the importance of having quality equipment that lasts in the field and forms part of a sustainable approach to experiencing the outdoors.
