Whatever your choice of recreational activities, the Crafty Weka Bite has been designed to satisfy your appetite between meals and exercise. The amounts of each ingredient have been carefully considered for easier digestion and optimum taste.
Crafty Weka Bites are packed with peanuts, oats and nutrient rich seeds, and have a good blend of low, medium and high GI carbohydrates for sustained energy. Sesame seeds for calcium and vital minerals including selenium; pumpkin seeds to give you B vitamins for energy; sunflower seeds for vitamin E and a wide range of other nutrients.
They contain only natural sugars, fruit, coconut sugar and honey as the main sweetener. This provides fast-acting glucose for get-up-and-go, and slower absorbed fructose for improved performance. Honey is also a natural preservative which keeps your Crafty Weka Bite at peak freshness.
