The XTM Performance Stash Packable Rain Poncho can cover a 26 L backpack when worn, but coverage depends on how full the pack is and how the poncho drapes over you. Because the poncho is a roomy, one-size-fits-most design, it tends to provide reasonable protection for you and a modest-size pack. If your 26 L pack is lightly loaded and not overly bulky, the poncho should cover most of it.

The XTM Stash Packable Rain Poncho is described as fully waterproof and made from weather-repellent recycled EVA fabric. It’s intended as a light, packable “just-in-case” rain shell rather than a heavy-duty storm jacket. It offers good basic waterproof protection, suitable for everyday rain, travel, hiking or emergency use, but the manufacturer does not specify a formal hydrostatic head number or a technical waterproof rating. Because of this, it’s best suited for light to moderate rain rather than extended exposure to heavy downpours or sustained wet conditions.
