The Mont Blanc Pro is Scarpa's most versatile and durable alpine boot that combines modern features with old-school reliability, super tough leather upper with an integrated cuff gaiter that protects and performs over snow, ice and mixed alpine terrain.

The new Mont Blanc Pro is built around the latest Essential AC sole platform which is lightweight and cushioned but also extremely burly and durable. The TPU insert at the toe gives a symbiotic connection to the latest automatic crampons. The upper is a hardy 3mm perwanger leather backed up with a GORE-TEX® (Insulated Comfort Footwear) for cold weather use. The new ankle cuff design has an Exo-Ys TPU structure injected directly into the material, creating a really lightweight but supportive cradle around the ankle. The revised softshell gaiter is even easier to get into helping protect against snow and spindrift. The combination of PU Tek and a rubber rand give the optimum blend of weight saving and reinforced protection, making the Mont Blanc Pro one of the lightest boots in its class.

Features

• New Speed Lacing system with plastic and metal small parts. The advanced lacing at the tip is divided in two parts. The lower part with belt loops allows a quick sliding of the lace and the adjustment of the fit volumes in a single movement. The upper part has a lacing-block which divides the tension zones of the lacing and webbing to lock the heel. At the end the hooks for a homogeneous and progressive wrap of the upper part of the ankle. Accurate and comfortable fit without any constrictions.
• Insole: Pro-fiber XT 20 ergonomic insole in Nylon XT + fibreglass with differentiated thicknesses and rigidities with upper EVA coating. Maximum comfort, durability and anti-torsional efficiency.
• Upper: Perwanger 3mm suede water-repellent + Sock-Fit XT system that wraps the foot like a sock + Cuff made by waterproof and elastic material with EXO-YS TPU structure injected directly into the material. Rubber protection in the front for a greater protection and PU protection at the back for a greater lightness.
• Lining: Gore-Tex Insulated Comfort for greater warmth, comfort and waterproofness.
• Sole: Essential AC, designed and studied by SCARPA® and developed in collaboration with VIBRAM®, the result is a sole with contained volumes with a precise, light, durable and comfortable fit.
