Can the poles be shortened for uphill gradients? To what lengths?

There are two lengths available, the 110cm has a range of 95-110cm, and the 125cm has a range of 110-125cm.

Each size can be adjusted by 15cm while in use.

To calculate the size you need, stand up and make a 90-degree bend with your elbow. Measure the distance between your wrist and the floor – that's your ideal length of trekking poles, give or take a few centimetres.
