Hi can you do regular runs in these shoes as well as hiking? (not trail runs)

Hi, yes, these shoes can be worn for regular runs and hiking. However, as the rubber on these shoes has more grip, if you are running on roads and concrete you may see the tread wear faster than if they were used for hiking/trail running.
